ASHTON GOLF CENTRE

Ashton Golf Centre has been owned by Martin and Helen Lake since October 2008. Martin is a Fully Qualified PGA Golf Professional and is available at the golf centre, offering his expertise in all aspects of the golf game on a daily basis. Martin has been a Golf Pro since the age of 17 and has played in many Tour Events, including The British Open in 1983. Martin and Helen's  aim is to provide a high quality enjoyable golfing experience but one which is, at the same time, affordable.

The Course opened in 1993 as a 9 hole course  and then in 1995 a driving range was developed. but has now developed to encompass a well equiped 10 bay covered, driving range and a relaxing clubhouse. The clubhouse is split over 2 levels, upstairs is a beautiful cafe with a balconied view across the golf course and downstairs is a spike bar, with widescreen TV and serving bottled beers and lagers.

Thanks to the hardwork and dedication of our staff, Ashton Golf Centre has developed into one of the leading Golf facilities for players of all standards in the Lancashire area. Special thanks must go to our greenkeepers Paul, Dave and Damo who keep the course in such a fantastic condition all year round, to enhance the enjoyment of all visitors.
